boutiques i love: jak home

I moved to Polk Street in San Francisco two years ago and have adored Jak Home every time I have passed it since. The owners, Jeff and Kathleen (hence the name "Jak"... though if I were Kathleen I would have fought for the capital), seem very sweet. And so creative, from mixing prints to mixing eras.
